Should foreign employees be encouraged to learn the language of the country that they work in? 

I think they should learn because communication is necessary to know each other's culture and to create good relationship. All of the employees in my company are Japanese. however, so they don't worry about speaking in English.

外国人従業員には、勤務先の国の言語を学ぶことを奨励すべきか？
私は学ぶべきだと考えます。
なぜなら、お互いの文化を知り良い関係を築くためにはコミュニケーションが必要だからです。
しかし、私の会社の社員はみんな日本人なので英語を話す心配はありません。
