Yes. Because japan's lifetime employment system is already broken, so it is important to have more than one job.

Should foreign employees be encouraged to learn the language of the country that they work in?
I think they should learn because communication is necessary to know each other's culture and to create good relationship. All of the employees in my company are Japanese. however, so they don't worry about speaking in English.

Should all companies adopt English as their official language?
Companies should adopt English as their official language because it will increase the chances of hiring excellent employees overseas, allowing diversity and creating new innovations along the way.
I think companies should help with English language training for Human Resource Development. For example, Rarejob.
However, the Japanese language also has its good points. I think it's important to use the Japanese language well.

私は英語を公用語として採用するべきだと思います。

I would like to talk about Japan Situation
The number infected people with coronavirus is increasing in Japan.
Especially in Tokyo where I live.
In Japan, a state of emergency was declared, but there are no penalties so we can act freely.
We are expected to use common sense.

I spent with my parents at my parents' house on New Year's Day.
We ate Osechi (New Year's food), drank sake, watched the Red and White singing contest.
Due to COVID-19 I was not able to hold junior high school reunion.

My wife and daughters went to our hometown earlier so I spent Christmas alone.
I still have a job until the 29th so I'm planning to travel to our hometown on the 30th.
The shinkansen is not crowded this year due to the coronavirus.

Company events shoud not be mandatory.

Flextime should be allowed.
I don't think that working at a fixed time necessarily boost productivity.
And I think that I should be free to choose where to work as well.
