Should bosses be friends with the people under them?
They should be friends with the people under them because they need to trust each other.
If they aren't on friendly terms, they can't build trust.

仲良くすべきだと思います。
なぜなら上司と部下には信頼関係が必要だからです。
仲良く出来なければ、信頼関係も築けません。
