Should the dress code be changed during different seasons?

Yes, the dress code should be changed during different seasons.
I think I'm uncomfortable wearing a suit or jacket in the summer.
And I can't focus on my work.
Japan has a "Cool Biz" period.
This is the period of time when no tie or casual dress is allowed in the summer.
